In a nomination, you should describe the nominee’s achievements in her career and community involvement using concrete results. Although personal endorsements can be useful, it is best to combine them with specific information about the professional. Answering each question completely will help you get a better idea of the nominee’s community and career contributions. Incomplete forms may result in disqualification. When your nominee knows that they have been nominated, it is helpful. All honorees are required to be located in the St. Louis region, which includes St. Louis city, St. Charles county, Jefferson, Franklin and Lincoln counties in Missouri.
