Oksana Masters celebrated her second Paralympic gold medal in two days after winning the women’s H5 road race. The 35-year-old, who overcame a difficult childhood in Ukrainian orphanages, triumphed in the road time trial as well. Masters expressed her excitement and gratitude for the support she received. She also shared a heartfelt moment with her adoptive mother, who played a significant role in her life. Masters plans to donate her Paralympic prize money to a non-profit organization supporting disabled children in Ukraine.
