This week, about 30% of S&P companies will report earnings. It's the latest in a series of better-than-expected results for Wall Street. According to FactSet, about 17% of S&P companies have reported earnings and that three quarters have exceeded analysts' expectations.
The traders in other parts of the world will be watching for economic data on Tuesday morning, about manufacturing and services.
